High Strength Esters

Overview

High Strength Esters are enhanced polyester foams that exhibit superior tensile strength, tear strength, and load bearing performance. These foams can be made in a wide array of pore sizes from 20 ppi to 90 ppi. The product performance can be tailored for specific use in automotive buffing pads, durable scouring pads, and oral swabs.

Primary Usage

High Strength Esters (HSE) are a good option for applications where you need a foam with good TT&E performance coupled with good Compression Force Deflection (CFD) characterisitics. HSE have found uses in car buffing pads and other cleaning products.
